I love the system of scoring/ratings one's mood. My daughter said the next morning how much better she felt, and I woke feeling more energised than I had for ages. I genuinely think that people of all ages will benefit from this CD.' Dr Julia Ronder, consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist.
