Lena - a singer with real emotion
Lena Martell is a wonderful singer, who sings from the heart and emotes the sentiments of a song perfectly. This is a wonderful collection of recordings, old and new, which shows off her rich, sweet vocal talents.Favourites must include The Rose, the First time ever I saw your face and the sublime Sometimes when i'm dreaming. Lena, who is now 67 has been through so much during her turbulent life and is now recovering from a triple heart bypass operation, but I have no doubt she will be back on the road performing for her fans again soon.
