Perfect Present!
Just moved to the States and bought this for my best friend as a present ... it means we can still catch up face to face even from different continents!! She seems to have had no problems with it ... and it definitely does the job!

Good little camera, some problems with Ubuntu
Overall this is a very good webcam for the money. The picture is much better than most low-end webcams, sharp and good colour. It's light and compact with a nice adjustable-angle clip. The only problem I've had is using it on my Ubuntu system, where a repetitive clicking noise sounds over the audio. Apparently this is caused by the design of the camera, and is filtered out by the drivers for Windows - the open source drivers, of course, do not have this capability.
