Insperational and uplifting
This book offers heart opening tools to allow the diminshing of fear and the allowing of love. Deepak gives usefull and easy tools to light up the dark areas within in order to have a more fulfilling relationship with yourself and others. I've read many books of this type and honestly, this is one of the best.

Simple yet effective.
I was never truly interested in spiritual/New Age books up until a few years ago when I had a profound "spiritual" experience that jolted me out of my skepticism, to become not necessarily a "believer", but definitely a person with unanswered questions. Deepak Chopra is perfect for those sitting on the fence, unwilling to dismiss New Age therapy and literature as a joke, yet still marginally skeptic of the whole business. Chopra often writes like an insightful psychoanalyst than a spiritual leader in an easy and accessible manner, even on a difficult subject like love. The book isn't necessarily aimed at those seeking love on romantic terms; it concerns love on many different levels, as well as the person one should arguably aim to be in order to encounter love in its different manifestations on a healthy level. Chopra talks about individual self-empowerment and looking to the self to fulfill all basic needs, detachment, and enhancing self-esteem. A wonderful book with many insightful lessons.

A life-changing book
My personal words could do no justice to this wonderful book of Deepak Chopra. His writings have made me smell the truth, and although Im still in darkness in terms of actually seeing the truth, now atleast I know the ways. I am very sure that some day, in some life I will be deeply thanking Deepak for all he has done for me. This book is essential to anyone who is looking for the truth. Anyone who is not open will not feel the power of this book. I hope it will do as good to you, as it did to me. Thank you Deepak
