Creme brulee pan set


I love Crème Brulee so decided to buy this item to help me make the perfect crème. It is a practical and well designed set, easy to use and recently made Crème Brulee based on the Paul Merrett's recipe (BBC food cooking). The recipe is ideal for the 4 ramekins and it came out perfectly, I could not have asked for more. The only drawback in my opinion is that the water tray after use gets water marks as it is made of aluminum but maybe that's how Bain Marie is intended to be (not sure).I would however recommend it to people as I believe was money well spent for such good results.

I also bought the torch blower which I am happy with.
