Poorly supported badly designed beta product.
The worst software I've ever bought. You can't use HTML in your description (not even to put the first line in Red). When you download ebay categories, you get hundreds of German "divide by zero" errors, each one of which has to have the OK button clicked individually. The way it works is totally teutonic. (You WILL follow this sequence) and totally counter intuitive (fill in ALL the details, and then select the design you want.)
No tie up between on screen and help system. (You can add colour in "design mode" it says, but "Design mode" is not in the help index or the manual.
Even the start up wizard has the wrong version number.
Follow the built in help path and discover that you can have your money back simply by taking the unopened software into either Cape Town or Johannesburg - or for just 65 Rand, they'll come and collect it.
Customer support is arrogant and rude and not helpful - refer to Data Becker (the writers). Which may be OK if you're fluent in German.
This product is not a patch on eBays own free Turbo lister. - Management MAY be OK, but if you can't get your listings to look the way you want them, there's nothing to manage is there?
Fortunately, my supplier has agreed to a full refund.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS PRODUCT IS TOTAL RUBBISH.

If I could give it -1 star, I would - don't bother
Apart from the fact that is an incredibly buggy piece of s/w, which really does not do an awful lot more than ebays' own free Turbolister, crashes at random and throws up error messages in German, woe betide anyone who has to reinstall the product and ask tech support for a new reg. number to do so - getting all your teeth pulled is probably easier, less stressful and more fun.
The arrogance of the tech. support folks at Superseller is astounding - they treat you like some sort of software crook who is trying to sell the replacement registration code at a car boot sale or to your friends and relatives - so make sure you install it on a PC which will never go wrong, never need reformatting, and never need a new HDD, because you can expect a thorough grilling at the hands of the Superseller police if any of these things happen to you - and when they do give you a new registration, they treat you like they are doing you some HUGE favour.
Totally not worth it.
