Introduction to property buying
I purchased this book as part of my research into buying and restoring a property Italy.
The book concentrates really on the seraching and buying process and not as much on restoration. It contains lots of entertaining stories - but I would have liked to have seen more facts, checklists and information about the actual costs of restoring. Bearing in mind that the writer restored a property felt that she would have been happy to share issues like costs, photos etc.,
An interesting lightweight paperback which gives and introduction to buying etc., in Italy.
