Not that great of a product
Pretty dissapointed for this item. The frothing machine doesn't do anything, in fact it wobbles and barely turns in the hot chocolate (yes, I used brand new batteries). Don't try making 2 cups only... the frother won't even reach to the liquid below. Given the price, I can not articulate how dissastified I am with this unit and strongly recommend that it be avoided. This is, by far, the worst product I have ever purchased from Amazon and it starts to make me long for the old days of going into a store to actually touch a product in order to ensure the quality. AVOID THIS PRODUCT.
