A good, but basic introduction to swimming
This is a good book for very beginner swimmers and parents wishing to teach their young ones to swim, but doesn't have a lot to interest competent swimmers. One use it does have is in showing the correct form for the four main strokes, and this is where I found the book useful to improve my form. A great place for newcomers, but for in-depth knowledge and advice search elsewhere.
