Review
There's nothing better than settling down to a nice hot meal when the rain is lashing down or a cold wind blowing outside. "Hot Food" is a collection of recipes designed to warm the heart from wholesome stews and casseroles to spicy curries and stir frys. Attractively illustrated the recipes span the globe from creamy prawn curry and pork vindaloo, South American black bean soup, spaghetti marinara and osso buco, along with the traditional hotpots and shepherd's pies. Suitable for family lunches, parties or evening dinners, this vast selection caters for all tastes including vegetarians. This is a huge collection for a small book and should keep the keen cook amused for many an hour thinking of which scrumptious dish to try first. - Lucy Watson

If you only have 1 Cookbook...5
this is the one you need. And if you only have 2, then get fast food as well. These books have an incredible variety of tasty recipes with easy to follow steps and pictures for every dish! i learned to cook using these books and would recommend them to anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to learn how,. Sweet food is also great for puddings and baking. I cannot recommend these books more highly!

Great stuff for UK Winters5
At this time of year, I seem to be using this book a lot - not only does it have all the comfort food that longs for, there is also a lot of Asian inspired dishes as well to give you spice. All of the dishes we have cooked so far have been excellent and I look forward to create some more masterpieces.
