Top Tips, but little more.
This is a very small book. When it says top tips it is just that, a list of tips in no particular order, at about one sentence long each.
This book was great for reminding me of all the things I was taught on my TL2, and for giving me a few new ideas. It is great for diving into and pulling out random tips, which you may, or may not add to your "toolbox" depending on what sort of coaching you do.
However, this is NOT a "How to Coach" book. If you have never coached before then this wil not teach you how. It is a useful addition to any training/experience you have - not a replacement. Without the background knowledge, you will not get a lot out of this book. With the background, reading this book will "click" with a lot of things you already knew.
