Windsurfing The Complete Guide5
I chose this book because I had already read Touching Cloudbase (A book on paraglding by the same author) and found it excellent.
I was not disapointed, this is very comprehensive and answered all the questions i had, not only about improving my sailing but about buying stuff, setting up your gear etc which is well worth the cover price alone. Great Pictures and illustrations too.
Written in a very easy untechnical style, and well suited to the beginner and to someone like me trying to improve. Not much good to experienced windsurfers or competitors though. Recommended

Great Book5
I recently did a beginners windsurfing course - which was great, but I didn't gain hardly any knowledge on the setup of the equipment and you always forget certain things that the instructors say. I took good advice on purchasing a new board and the rest of the equipment and they also showed me how to set it up. However I wanted to learn a lot more and purchased this book as it looked good.

The information in this book is excellent, it has given me much more information about everything from kit setup and advice to improving my skills. I'm really pleased and would recommend this book to any beginner.

Great info for a novice, but could be better3
As a novice, the information and knowledge that this book shares is excellent. If, like me, you don't know anything about the sport and want to learn from scratch, I really would recommend this as a purchase.
It just could have been better. The grammar is terrible and the spelling mistakes are just frustrating. Call me old fashioned, but the publishing editor should have cleaned this up. Such a shame. Still: good pictures and I'm not unhappy that I bought it. Compare it to a good book on general sailing and you'll see why I gave it only 3 stars.
