Life Sports does it again!!
Having bought the previous book, 101 Rugby Training Drills, I was looking forward to seeing more coaching material from these guys. You will not be disappointed as the new book delivers some great small sided games that once again are easy to set up, follow and most important for the players, fun to do.
Don't be confused by the cover either, it is great for Rugby Union.
