Customer Reviews
Great book, fantastic photos!
So, chances are if you are considering buying this book then you know who Kelly Slater is. Well this book is all about Kelly!!! It is written by Kelly and is a selection of photographs and comments about his life and there are also contributions from people who have known Kelly over the years. It is not really as biographical as Pipe Dreams, although it does cover his career over the decades. The main point of this book is about the photos!
The photographs in this book are fantastic, its well laid out and is easy to pick up. I find myself flicking through it just to look at the pictures. There is a good selection, covering all parts of his life, including some good action sequence shots. Even if you are not Kelly's biggest fan it is a good book just for the surfing photos.
Overall, 5/5, its a great book to have lying around to pick up, flick through and get an insight into one of surfing's greatest heroes!
For the Love
