Excellent Delivery Service
The product itself was excellent and does everything required of it. What I would like to mention is the excellent delivery service Amazon provides especially to people like myself who live overseas, i.e. in the Algarve Portugal.

Although we live in an accessible part of the Algarve, on a main road etc., the majority of so called reputable delivery companies find it impossible to find my house without endless delays, phone call to Lisbon and then me having to chase across town just to meet up with a completely lost delivery driver. So much for door to door delivery!!

However our experience with Amazon is completly diffferent. In the case of the Toshiba laptop not only did it arrive 3 days earlier than promised, but it was delivered to our door without any problems by a very cheerful and courtious drive. Keep up the good work Amazon and please stick with the same delivery company especially in the Algarve.
