Quick and Easy Modern Asian4
The book has a strong Asian flavour, particularly in noodles. It does have a number of dishes which are tasty and innovative - including Chinese, Vietnamese and other Asian (such as Malaysian). However the strength of the book lies in its range of recipes which are simple to follow and quick to prepare.
