About the Author
Susan Cressy has worked in the beauty industry for over 30 years as a practioner, business manager, external examiner and consultant. During the past 10 years she developed her interest in holistic therapies and added to her extensive list of qualifications. She currently lectures at South Trafford College, co-ordinating the Level 3 Beauty Therapy programme. Susan has been instrumental in the development of a spa management course whilst continuing to write highly-regarded books on beauty and holistic therapies.

I initially got this book to help me with a part-time course inNail Technology and it was a GREAT help - giving me the info I needed to complete all my assignments. The best beauty therapy text book
This book is fantastic, I love the easy to read content and that it covers the whole of the beauty therapy syllabus. Information is very easy to find and I have used this book for writing my college assignments. The different coloured sections are a good idea so you can find the subject you are looking for quickly. I would recommend it to anyone taking a course in beauty therapy. Having returned to college to retrain I was worried about revision and exams but this book makes it easy!

An excellent reference book for beauty therapy
This book is so easy to read, it has all the essential material I needed to complete my beauty therapy level 2 and 3. It has been a great help to me in my new role as a supervisor in a very busy salon. I would recommend anyone embarking on a beauty therapy course to buy this book!
