RIGHT HERE'S A THING OF BEAUTY...5
For the London-based Beatles fan, this is pretty near perfection. A welcome update of the 1990's edition, the new format showcases all the old familiar places and, alas, details the sites that have been swept away since (EMI House, West Malling Airfield etc). Whilst there are a lot of houses, venues, pubs, clubs, recording studios and offices listed, this is not a dry directory of locations - the text is engaging and the book reflects the enthusiasm of the authors. Treat yourself!

Excellent detailed Beatles London history5
I recently did a full day Beatles tour of Liverpool (which was awesome), but I was based in London at the top end of Baker street, in the heart of original Beatle land. It was awesome to know that the paths I was walking all through London, were the same pathways that the Beatles walked. This book is an awesome detailed account of their lives. It's like recreating my experiences all over again.

Right up my street!4
Massive fan of the band and live in london - this was right up my street!

Heartily recommended.
