By extending the number of remote sensors and deploying them within a 30 metre radius of the master unit, one can even get separate weather reports from different parts of one's garden. Meanwhile, the device's in-built radio-controlled alarm clock is a remarkably accurate timepiece, and will keep you on time come rain, hail or shine. There. Easy, wasn't it?

oregon weather station
I bought this some time ago now. The base station works fine. I have never got the remote unit to connect to the base station when it is more than 0.5 m away. I would not recommend this to anyone

Good device, obvious lack
Just got one of these - a great device, accurate thermometer etc but has the same annoying thing as the rest of the Oregon range: they assume people in the UK don't understand the 24 hour clock so they don't give you the option to change between 12 and 24 hour format - just 12 hour which is pretty annoying!
