About Us
The brig Elizabeth Jane was built in Nova Scotia in 1817 and lost off the coast of Yorkshire in 1854. In 2003 her Nameboard and Port of Registration Board were discovered when a ceiling was removed in a cottage in Robin Hood's Bay. This website is an attempt to discover and tell her story.
