Customer Reviews

Better than nothing but at least buy a map to go with it1
The major lack in this guide is a decent map. Do not get me wrong, there are maps in the front and the back but none offers a clear overview of Oslo.

First of all, many streets remain unnamed. In addition, there is no matrix overlay nor an index so even if an address is mentioned inside the guide it might prove quite the challenge to find its exact location.

Another small remark is that when it comes to admission fees it just limits itself to free/not free. It could not have been that difficult to at least give some ball park estimate.

It does offer a nice overview of all landmarks and things to visit in the city.

Bottom case: if it is this guide or no guide, take it but do buy a decent map with it. Otherwise, better alternatives probably exist.
