Great looker - Built like £100+
I was looking to buy this myself, in the end I bought one as a gift. I tried it on, it is a bigish watch, but then that is part of the style of this kind of watch. Built like it is crafted from solid stainless steel.
The instructions need to be read to understand the watches dual time facility.
I have seen a few other watches, very few are built like this, you would need to spend a lot more to get this quality. The links on each bracelet feel like oiled hinges.
I have small wrists and I still tempted to buy another. The recipient of the gift was over the moon!

Only £45 through Amazon !!
I purchased this watch through Amazon a month ago at £45. Received quickly in a lovely box. The watch is good looking,heavy and pretty big. I had to have two sections taken out of the metal strap (cost £5 at the local jeweler) as I have a fairly small wrist. Still can't work out what two of the dials do. Trying to read the instructions was heavy going and they seem to refer to other models the MB583BR was not mentioned in the blurb and there were no pictures of the exact model.
I phoned up Accurist to ask them for a jeweller in my area who could fix the strap and the only one they could come up with was H Samuels - not the greatest name in the watch trade!
Anyway a good looking watch not worth more than the £50 (including strap adjustment)I paid for it. After all you can buy a very good copy Rolex for £100!!

Quality watch!
I won't bore you with a long review. Suffice to say, I'm very pleased with my watch. It's a sturdy and fashionable product. I highly recommend it!
