Asics Gel 1140 Trainers
Best trainers i have ever owned. Been running since year 2000 and constantly suffered from knee problems and blisters on the instep of my feet. All gone since owning a pair of these trainers and hopefully never to return

Walk on a cloud
As soon as you put these on you can feel the difference... they support and protect, and so there is a lot less ware and tear on your feet. Very comfey.

Good value running shoe
This is my first pair of asics as I usually buy another brand for my running shoes. So far I am very pleased with them. They have good cushioning and are very light. They are a little narrower then I usually wear and so I have had to loosen them a little but for the price I think they are a great buy and will hopefully last me a few miles.
