Excellent well made bag arived quickly and well packed the only crtisism I have is that the front pocket is not weather proof, it just has a velcro fastener. In a bag of this quality I expected it to have a weather proof flap. Anything in the front I have to put in plastic bag!

Good looking, comfortable and capacious - but why the useless front pocket?
For the (reduced Amazon) price, this is a decent daysack. But like some of the other reviewers I'm bemused as to why Berghaus made such a useless front pocket. It's almost as if they designed it with the deliberate intention of collecting rainwater running off the top of the bag - it all flows neatly down into the top-opening pocket - there's not even a flap to stop it and the velcro doesn't run full-width so is no protection at all. Other than that it's a nice enough bag, feels reasonably well made and is a good size for a day trip - but come on, Berghaus, this is Britain and you're a British company - don't you think you should take the possibility of rain into account?

Nice colour, and plenty of room despite the small size of the bag. Several different pockets and dividers inside and outside the bag.
