Customer Reviews

Nice layout, and instructions but GH should have done their homework!3
I bought this book as I have coeliac disease and cannot eat gluten. The book does have some nice recipes and I especially liked the instructions on how to cook some slightly more obscure but naturally gluten (& wheat) free ingredients such as polenta and quinoa.

However one recipe that required Guinness was labelled as 'gluten free' when in fact Guinness does contain gluten! I wrote to Good Housekeeping to tell them of their mistake and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply!
