Good quality.

These tongs are really well made.

They are the first good grips item I have purchased,
and I am so pleased with them, I shall definitely
consider purchasing other products in this range.

There is a 12 inch version available,although I find
the 9 inch is ideal for my needs of griddling and
frying meat.

To lock the tongs, just squeeze them together and
pull the end where you hang them up.

I highly recommend these, and I think they would even
make a nice gift for keen cooks.

I know they are only tongs, but they feel really good and the clever catch means they pack away neatly.

good grip tongs
As the product name suggests, these tongs provide good grip and handling of food, whether on the BBQ, under the grill or in the pan. We use this tong a lot. It is long and ideal for reaching into very hot or fat-spitting places (perhaps a bit too long for every situation - a shorter tong is more manageable for serving pasta or turning fiddly bacon slices). It has a handy, large rubber button, that is pulled out to keep the tongs closed for storage or pushed (even with only one hand available - the other needed for that wine glass or beer bottle) to open the tongs for use. The same button has a hole in it so it can be hung up on a utensil hanger. Great!
