Cast iron, copper, stainless steel, teflon, le creuset, berndes, I've had them all in my kitchen but not any more. The circulon hard anodised pans really top the lot. Don't waste your money on anything else really, these are the best.

Quality that can't be beaten
We bought this at the same time as the five piece set which is handy as the lid for the taller 16cm pan fits this perfectly too. Well, what can I add to what Crofty has said? Not a lot really as I completely agree with the opinion expressed.

However, these are quality cookware items built to last and work very efficiently. Cooking with them is a dream and cleaning up afterwards presents no problem at all. My husband makes a fantastic cheese sauce and until now the cheap pans we used to own required soaking for a day to get clean. Nothing like that with these Circulon Infinite pans, just a quick swill and they're like new.

Oh, just for clarity we use on a gas hob and we don't use a dishwasher.
