i was really sad when i recived this book it was as thick as a childs couloring book and the recips was not good to boring
was a bit disapointed
they are old fashioned but not simple. May be good for devoted followers of ice cream making but I brought 2 books at the same time as my machine and haven't used this one. Ice'n'easy the other one is great.
