Synopsis
Pooh, Tigger, and the rest of the gang are out to save Christmas when they find a reindeer caught in a web of jingle bells. How will Santa deliver all those presents when one of his key helpers is stuck in a mess like this, they wonder, and so they’re determined to bring him back to the North Pole. But the journey to Santa’s home isn’t so easy, and they’re soon in a bit of a pickle themselves. The spirit of Christmas is alive in this Pooh holiday adventure, where the gang discovers that friendship is the greatest gift of all.

Wonderful, but it's already been on TV!
Contrary to other reviews, this is actually a delightful tale featuring the popular new characters that have thrilled my pre-school daughter over the last year. Darby and Buster are natural additions to the Winnie The Pooh story, and my daughter can't get enough of both their TV show, and now this festive DVD.

HOWEVER! I was disgusted, having bought this for full price, to suddenly see it broadcast on the Disney Channel - less than three weeks after the DVD was released. What a con! Disney, I expect better of you...

A lovely movie for toddlers
My 19 month old absolutley loves this DVD, we watch it together all the time. It's a cute Christmassy story of Pooh and his friends based on the "My Friends Tigger and Pooh" cartoons currently shown on playhouse Disney - if your children like the cartoon they will love this movie!! Personally I think Tigger is hilarious and if you actually listen to his fab one liners you will have bit of a giggle too. Warning ... the songs are really catchy - you'll be humming them in no time.

They arent my friends honest
I didn't really want to buy this DVD only its incredibly hard trying to explain to a 2 year old that HIS friends tigger and pooh (or tiddler pooh as it is known in our house due to limited vocabulary) aren't on tv 24 hours a day just waiting for him to tune in.
Unlike a previous reviewer I knew exactly what to expect and that it was from the new disney series but I think if you forget that it has anything to do with the original books and drawings and take it on its own merit it is a lovely and very engaging series, which is ideal for toddlers.
