Problem with delivery!
I am not pleased with service at all! This company used so called Home Delivery Network. I am working person so when I found card "please contact us to arrange a new date" I called to this company. They refused to arrange a redelivery as they made 3 attempts on 5th and 11th December if follow up by track of my package. In this case why I found only one card in my post box on 8th December!?
So I was offered to pick up my parcel tomorrow from depot. I am not able to pick up my parcel tomorrow because I am came down with high temperature. Tomorrow is last day as they told and my parcel will sent back. I am confident about awful service provided by Home Delivery Network Limited. I cannot understand what sense of using company with absence of any service. Anybody can tell me?
