Simply the best
The 20cm saute pan was my first analon professional purchase.
I use it constantly and it has never let me down in 5 years. It diffuses the heat evenly across the bottom of the pan and works well using different heat sources. Although you cannot put them in the dishwasher it doesn`t matter because they are a dream to clean by hand ...no more "I will do the pots in the morning" thoughts. The clear glass lid is fantastic. You can see if things are boiling/simmering etc without taking the lid off.
My only critism is that the metal handle lid can get quite warm when cooking so use a cloth/heat mitt.

Bought one and then bought another!
The title says it all. I was looking for a smaller saute pan as now that the kids have left home cooking for two requires a smaller pan and this one is excellent. I bought the first and within a week was so impressed that I bought another one. It has excellent non-stick properties, so cleans in a second and can be used for a hundred and one different things. I even use it for steaming vegetables, fish etc. cooking pasta, etc. Very useful especially if you are cooking for two people.
