Customer Reviews
A PAIR of SMALL STONEWARE Beanpots/Soup Bowls
with lids, from Le Creuset.
Good old 'Scotch Broth' is wonderful in these - the lids help to keep the contents hot, but they are an equally stunning presentation for a colourful, mixed vegetable rice with a knob of butter melting on top!
Relatively lightweight, they are really easy to wash, either by hand or pop them in the dishwasher. They still look shiny and new after each use.
Available in a variety of colours, at Amazon.
Look out for the LARGE version, too:-
Le Creuset Stoneware Bean Pot, Volcanic Orange - 4 Litre.
Mix and/or match for a stunning effect!

Great Little Bowls
Volcanic is by far and away the only truly serious colour that Le Creuset have manufactured - other colours come and go, with various 'shades' of eg blue being manufactured exclusively for Le Creuset's 'A-class' customers,so it is impossible to guarantee a colour match - unless it is Volcanic,or "ORANGE"!
These little pots are no exception to the rule with a variety of uses from soups to cold deserts.
Watch you don't soak them too long tho' - the bases, being porous as on all the 'poterie' stuff, don't really lend themselves to this type of washing!
Beans, beans...
I find these useful for not only serving beans but generous portions of home-made soups, vegs, individual casseroles etc. Can be used in oven or microwave. They were a wedding gift and I love them.
