Manufacturer's Description
A very useful little baking tray that can be used to bake Cookies, Swiss Rolls, Mini Pizzas and lots lots more. The 1.5cm lip around the tray means that your food won't fall off and meat juices etc won't drip off into your oven. Also depending on the size of your oven you can often get 2 side by side on your shelf.
Baker's Pride is a comprehensive range of over 50 pieces of both Traditional and Innovative Non Stick Baking and Roasting Pans and Moulds. From Muffin Pans (Standard, Large, Mini and Fun Shapes) to Kuglehopf and Fluted Pans. From Pizza Crispers and Chip Trays to Fish and Crab Moulds. From Baking Sheets and Trays to Roasting Pans. For traditional baking of Cakes, in addition to 3 sizes of Round and a Square Cake Pan Baker's Pride has one of the largest collections of Springforms available in the UK. 3 Sizes of Standard Round, 2 Deep Round, 2 Round with Glass Bases, a mini Round, a Heart Shaped and a Loaf Shaped plus 2 Boxed Sets. Just a friendly warning !!
Over-all i'm quite pleased with the quality of this tin. Unfortunatly i bought it as 'swiss roll tin' as advertised but beware, the measurements are external and the ends have a large lip meaning the actual internal measurements are only 26 x 20 which makes for a small swiss roll! Ok for flapjack etc.
great for biscuits
bought this baking tray mainly for baking biscuits and am very happy with the product. Have used it many times and has never warped and barely needs any greasing.
Rubbish
What a load of rubbish this is. It went straight in the bin. Thin and flimsy - absolutely useless for any decent baking. I would reccommend the master class range of bakeware. It is strong and robust and has excellent non-stick properties. But DO NOT waste your money on this brand!!!
