Delighted.........
This pan looks great, and cooks better than it looks. It is fantastic, the size of the pan makes it ideal for Rice & Pasta Dishes, which can be cooked in and put straight on the table. Even with very little heat the pan heats up quickly and evenly. It retains heat incredibly well so food does not go cold quickly, and the heat can be turned off as soon as food is cooked, this pan may even save energy too.

Great Buy
Our first stainless steel casserole dish (have always used non-stick), its sturdy and you don't have to be extra careful with it as with non-stick pans. We use it for pastas and stews, with its high sides, it holds alot! The lid is tight fitting and you need very little water if you want to steam vegetables in it. I use it for all-in-one dishes. It's a little too large for smaller stir-frys as we only cook for two. It's pretty heavy, so the double handles are handy. You only need low to medium heat to cook. A good buy and we're planning to get the entire stainless steel range!

A lovely pan, beautifully made and ideal for paella and similar dishes.

At full price these pans are worth it but expensive; at half price and absolute bargain.
