Why buy Le Creuset cast iron?

No matter which shape, size or colour you prefer, the recipe has always stayed the same since 1925.

Two sand moulds are fastened together with a small gap between them. Then molten iron from a large cauldron (a ‘Creuset’) is poured between them. Once the shape is cast, and iron is cooled, each dish is finished by hand, enamelled and ready for you to experiment with.

    Simply the best CAST IRON roasting dish5
    this Le Creuset 25 cm square dish which can be used for roasting/baking and grilling.... plus..... it can be used directly on the hob!

    Elegant enough to take to the dinner table, and sure to be the focus of attention!
    Easy to use and clean by hand, although some soaking may be required for the more stubborn baked-on food remains ..... or pop it in the dishwasher.

    Boxed with full use/care instructions supplied.
