Great knob!
If' like me' you have expensive (probably over priced) Le Creuset cooking pots you will be fed up with how quickly the black plastic knobs deterioate and break - not good when you consider how much these pots cost. However, these stainless steel ones, not only look better, but appear to last longer and give a new modern look to the pots. This makes me ask the question, why don't they put them on the pots in the first place!!

A lid handle upgrade

This lid handle looks a million dollars when fitted to "Granite Le Creuset" It'd be nice if it was factory fitted.

Not much else to say. It works well.

Le Creuset Stainless Steel Knob
This has replaced an original black plastic knob and is actually much easier to use because it is slightly higher and more rounded making it much easier to grip with oven mitts, it also states on the packaging that it is suitable for all sizes of Le Creuset products.
