If you haven't used a Springform Pan then you have missed out big time. A Springform works just like a Traditional Cake Pan until you need to turn out your Baking. Depending on what you are making let it Set or cool after Baking. When ready simply release the clip on the side which allows the side to expand and come away from the Cake etc and be removed from the base.

Unhappy Baker.
I do a lot of baking and needed to replace my old faithful tins. I was very dissapointed with these tins even though greased the cakes stuck to bases and the sides.I tried to cut baking parchment to fit but due to the uneven bases it was difficult. Cleaning the tins was laborious due to the many nooks and crannies on the tins. Unless I can find a way to line these tins I will not use them again.
Great cake tin
I have had this a few weeks now and have so far made cakes, banoffee pie and cheesecake. It works well and the spring part is easy to use and feels good quality. It also washes well, although if you don't line the base food may well stick in the small grooves. But I have so far lined the base for every use. Very happy and would recommend this cake tin.
