Great for large/wide feet...
I've just received the plum patent version of these sandals and have to say these are the most amazing sandals ever. I have huge, wide breeze-block feet and these shoes are ample wide enough for me due to the adjustable front strap. I was expecting the strap material to be sharp due to it being patent but it is very soft, so I can't imagine it will cut into your feet as I have found some cheap imitations of these sandals do. They are so comfortable AND stylish -- it's good to see Amazon are offering these at an affordable price in girlie colours for ladies with larger feet! I'll definitely be back for more :D

The most comfortable shoes in the world....
...ever! I have just received this year's pair - plum patent madrid style Birkenstocks and they are even lovelier than the picture and as comfortable as ever. If you have not tried these shoes you really should!

These are quite simply the most comfortable footwear you will buy. They take a while to get used to after wearing ordinary shoes, but once your feet get used to them you won't want to wear anything else!
