Hopeless and frustrating
What I ordered was what is pictured - a FOUR arm Rotary Dryer, what arrivede was a THREE arm Rotary Dryer. I had problems with both the Diliveries and Collections, also the phone calls, and my Order Identification. I have bought many Items through Amazon UK and Amazon.com and always been a VERY satisfied customer. This was the one occasion where I became VERY dissatisfied and wrote to you about my experiences, which included the mixed messages to obtain a refund. Two people were writing to me and never seemed to get their act together. Not a good experience on this occasion between Amazon and the Company from whom the Product came or the Carriers.

Brabantia Compact Rotary Dryer, 30m, Metallic Grey

Very pleased with this dryer.Excellent if you only have a small drying area.Light(but strong)and easy to open.

Bought this as a replacement for my other,larger and heavier dryer,which had given ex service over the years,but had become too much for me to manage(due to advancing years).
Plenty big enough for a single person,even a couple.

I would advise though, buying a metal ground spike, as the plastic one supplied is by no means deep enough and utterly useless in my opinion.

All in all a great little dryer.
