The Bscs Combination and Microwave Handbook
I have found this book invaluable.It contains a wealth of information for users of the microwave with convection oven and grill options. The instructions cover most foods and methods relevant to our every day cooking . The basic recipes really work and eliminate guesswork and elaborate calculations. I would not be without it.

very easy to use and understand
this book tells you how to cook all different sorts of foods in your microwave without having to resort to making a recipe.It is very easy to use and understand and everybody should have one if they have a combination microwave

Not good for combi microwaves over 700w
I was really disappointed with this book for 2 reasons: while it says it is 'basic basics'(and is very good for that) I would have liked to have seen more recipes. My main concern though is that the author states that the highest wattage of the most popular combi microwaves is 700w. I bought my 'best selling' combi last week and it is 900w. While instructions are given for adjustings timings based on lower wattage microwaves, there is no such consideration for higher.

As it stands, this book is fine but I would certainly recommend checking your own combi before buying.
