Ride the wave
I have been wearing mizuno wave creation since edition 5. I am a heavier runner with a supinating right ankle and it is the only shoe that supports my ankle in a stable and comfortable way. Just finishing off my second pair of MWC 9s, I've run them ragged and they're still in good shape. Now waiting for delivery of the MWC 10s. I know even before trying them on that they're going to rock. Big runners everywhere, get your order in!

Great shoe for the bigger units!
I have have been running with Wave creation shoes for around 3 years and they are fantastic. I tried to break in some other brands but it just gave me a whole heap of trouble. If you are a bigger runner then these will probably be a fine investment
