Reasonable & Silent 
This fan completely satisfied me. Easy, silent, reasonable. Although its height is lower than I expected, I can recommend it to everyone for this summer!

Review On 12 Inch Igenix Desk Fan
I agree with D Beattie, having purchased one of these myself it looked a reasonably good fan at first until I switched it on as I was another unfortunate victim to have one of these fans where the fan blade was not central on the motor spindle!
The fan ran ok on speeds 2 and 3 but putting it on speed 1 (the slowest speed) I could hear the blades making a constant knocking noise. When I turned the fan off I could actually visually see an uneven up and down movement of the blade spindle so could tell the alignment wasn't good which probably explained the knocking sound!
I have now purchased a 12 inch Wahl desk fan (also available from Amazon) which is perfect. Rather than go through the hassle with postage etc of sending the Igenix one back, that fan is now living on the local household rubbish tip! I am thinking of maybe buying a second Wahl one for another room actually as this is the best one in my opinion to go for!
Please think twice about wasting your money before buying one of these Igenix ones! Clearly this has been proven to be a common design fault!
