Acceptable present
Not recommended for four year olds but that is who I bought one for and my granddaughter loves it. One criticism. The possibilities for adjusting handlebar height are limited. She could have it low or chopper height but nothing in between.

Oink Flashing Storm Scooter
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she was thrilled. She loves the pink flashing lights - very girly! It's also great to use for school as she can scoot there and then I fold it up and carry it home. It is very light to carry. An excellent purchase and I was really pleased with the price too.

Scooting fun!
We bought this as a birthday present for our 6 year old over 6 months ago and it has been equally loved by her and her other siblings. The adjustable height handle is great for swtiching between siblings and of course they all love turning on the flashing lights! The handlbars are comfy and the back break is easy to use. We haven't found any negatives on this product yet.
