Ready bed
Having read recommendations from other amazon users, we opted for a junior ready bed for our 3-year-old. As he is into Cars, we chose this one. He loves it. We will be using it for travelling as well as any sleep overs in the future. Would definitely opt for the junior ready bed for this age group and upwards. The only down side would the the pump that is provided with the bed as it took ages to pump the bed up using it. We have packed an electric pump in with the bed, which means the bed is ready in seconds.

Happy Parent!
Having already got one of these for our eldest son (5), we wanted one for our youngest too (2). These are excellent for weekends away. Once pumped up, they are strong and comfy. They hold your child in nicely and keep them warm, despite what appears to be quite a thin top cover. I thought they might prefer a normal pillow, but both our kids are happy with the soft fluffy in-built cushion.
We would highly recommend, as the kids love the colours and designs and adds to the excitement of being away from home!

Cars ready bed
Takes a while to inflate. Everytime my son moved the bed made a noise and he also kept rolling off of it and ending up on the floor!
