This is a very simple game - often simple is best! All the tiles are placed face down on the table and players take it in turns to turn these over to reveal letters. If at any point you spot a word you shout it out and claim the word. Points are awarded according to the length of the words in your hand at the end of the game. During the game you may 'snatch' words from your opponents by adding letters to lengthen their words. This makes the game far more competitive and encourages you to concentrate equally on the letters being revealed on the table and the words already created. This is a fun family game which helps children with spelling and, in our case, discovering new vocabulary. It has the added advantage of being extremely portable, which is always a bonus in our family as we love to take games like this on holiday with us.
