Essential kit for a good price
It was a revalation in coffee making for me the first time I used this. According to the instructions, you need to froth milk until it gets to 65-70 degrees C. I discovered I hadn't been frothing for nearly long enough. The result of using this little baby was a smooth, hot coffee with a much more rounded flavour. I wouldn't have believed it could make such a difference. Check around - this is the cheapest you will find.
