There are about 3 really funny pages in this whole book, okay maybe 4. It wasn't exactly what I thought it would be. I expected hours of laughter but I read the whole thing in about 30 minutes and part of it I skimmed through because, it just wasn't funny. Save your money on this one.

I haven't had a real, belly-aching laugh for ages!
I find this little book difficult to put down. I have to carry it wherever I go and I'm frequently in tears laughing over its contents (even when I'm not reading it). It has some scientific facts that I was previously unaware of, that makes the book more laughable and enjoyable. The book is well-written and describes the facts about "farts" right down to the finest detail. For example, "..the sort of fart that will wake you up at night because it smells so bad! They can be silent or noisy, but they are the most fetid, repulsive, smelliest farts imaginable."

Very, very funny!
I bought this book for my father-in-law who is a bit of an expert on the subject of farting. We read it beforehand and were doubled up laughing at some of the descriptions - everyone will recognise their own fart in this book somewhere.
