Manufacturer's Description
The Tefal Protect Steam Generator boasts 120g/minute continuous steam, a 200g shot of steam, 5 bar pressure and 2200W power.
More than just power though, the Tefal Protect Steam Generator prides itself on its safety, with an improved protective cover surrounding the iron when in its base.
The Tefal Protect Steam Generator also comes with an advanced anti-scale collector which offers the best device on the market to remove calcium and guarentees great product performance.
These are in addition to other features such as Auto-off, Ultracord and the exclusive lock system.
Tefal
Tefal owes its origins to a Frenchman, Marc Grégoire, and his wife, Colette. M. Grégoire, a keen fisherman, wanted to make his rod reel in more smoothly and, in the 1950's, experimented to see if a non stick coating might provide the answer. It did! But it was his wife who made the real breakthrough by gently suggesting that coating the cooking pans would have a more worthwhile application by making them easier to cook with and simpler to clean. Now, Tefal is the number one name in non-stick products and small appliances, operating in over 120 countries. Tefal remains committed to making household tasks easier and cooking results better, through a constant flow of new ideas and technology.

ironing will never be the same again
one quarter of the effort compared to normal steam irons. cord is long enough for the generator to remain on the floor, if you have a smaller board.
The BEST of THE BEST
I am shortly joining the Army and so thought I would take a short cut and buy the best Iron.
Having done a fair bit of research I soon found the Tefal Iron. It is small (as steam irons go) and yet is cheaper than some of the more basic Tefal models (thanks Amazon).
I do not normally Iron much, however the Tefal Iron is a DREAM!
Positives: Its amazing.
Negatives: Not one! (just as long as it lasts more than 2 years!)
P.S. Buy a decent Ironing board to compliment it!
ENJOY.
