Good iron but slightly uncomfortable to use
Received this iron as a present. It's powerful and makes ironing easier (it showed the old iron is really on its way out). Two comments: the soft grip creates friction (and blisters) on the palm and the grip handle is a bit short (hand could press the steam buttons inadvertently; and I am have small hands!) - obviously designed by people who don't do ironing for the family!! So I only give it 4 stars.

Superb
This iron had excellent scores in the Which? review and we could not agree more. It is easy to use, very quick to heat up and light enough that my arthritic wife has no problems with it.

Hate ironing !
Recommended....very pleased with this and reasonably priced, takes the hard work out of removing those stubborn creases from cotton sheets etc !!! Not too heavy. Lots of steam. Wish I had renewed my old one earlier. Only real draw back is that you have to keep refilling it.
