The Zyliss® Multipeeler is a versatile battery-operated peeler ideal for peeling hard vegetables, soft fruit, and even slicing chocolate and parmesan! The Multipeeler’s unique battery operated design enables it to peel thinly, retaining nutrients in the fruit or vegetables and minimising wastage.

By pressing the on/off button once, the tough electric motor rotates at 8,000rpm powering two blades, each with 70 micro teeth. The oscillating blades then easily and safely remove peel without the need to apply lots of pressure. The Multipeeler can peel carrots, potatoes, runner beans, tomatoes and kiwis, as well as thinly slicing chocolate and cheese.

Why not make your own sauces by using freshly peeled tomatoes using the Multipeeler. Or add finishing touches to pasta dishes by thinly slicing cheese on top, or decorate delicious desserts with fine slices of chocolate. Piece of junk
Hand on heart, I've never come across a battery-powered product this much worse than its non-powered equivalent. They've tried to clone the success of the powered razors like the Gillette Fusion (which I like) - down to cloning the adverts - but something went horribly wrong in development. It's too heavy, poorly balanced, and gouges randomly sized strips out of the fruit or veg its used with. Avoid.

Don't bother, rubbish
In my opinion this is a load of rubbish and should be thrown away along with your first peelings!
Much slower than a conventional peeler, heavy, bulky, uncomfortable, results were in most cases worse too.
I find it hard to belive that someone with hand damage or limited movement would find this any easier than a normal peeler. It is much heavier and I found it too bulky to actually feel comfortable.
Really don't waste your money on this, I think you will regret it.

Waste of Money
No easier to use than a standard peeler, in fact probably less easy! You still have to move the peeler to achieve your results and the fact that the blade vibrates, helps very little. The additional bulk of this device makes peeling more awkward. Ours was returned!
